The video work "Continuous growth XXIc." originates from the author's field research with the background of Jingdezhen's urban cultural heritage and the transformation of the ceramic industry. The artistic treatment of digital reconstruction, it leads to open questions about the sustainability of the industry, the legacy of artistic creation, and other open issues, discussing the collision between the ceramic humanistic spirit and the modernized industry in present-day society.

In Jingdezhen, it is popular to pick up broken porcelain and keep it for yourself. Possibly due to Jingdezhen's warm climate and varied vegetation, almost every artist's studio has a flower arrangement. Gradually, flower arranging and planting with found containers formed a trend unique to Jingdezhen. It is this phenomenon that I have extracted, using the moisturising spray tubes commonly found in the assembly lines of the ceramic industry to mimic flower arrangements, combined with broken porcelain to show them off. When the spraying device is activated, the form of the flower arrangement, the industrial parts, and the surging mist form a poetic landscape.

Porcelain panels are a unique type of painting in Jingdezhen, and the production process of porcelain panels is completely different from that of floor tiles. Generally creators can only buy large size porcelain panels in Jingdezhen. And it also has inferior rate. Cracks often appear during the firing process of porcelain panels for various reasons. In my opinion each crack has its own temperament. I completed the piece by scrolling the verses on the screen and the structure of the inlay.
